Jonah 4:1–11

The tale of Jonah shows his anger because God forgave Nineveh. This leads us to ask why he felt this way. The story emphasizes the need to value our connection with God more than our own wants. It also highlights the importance of finding and getting rid of anything that might be more important to us than God. In the end, it suggests that we should pray for help in spotting and removing these obstacles to experience real freedom.
