1 John 2:9–11

Christianity’s core is like a test that looks at how we behave, how we love, and what we believe, showing how love and truth can’t be separated. It cautions us not to fool ourselves into thinking we’re Christians if we don’t practice these two important qualities. To truly believe in the gospel, we need to truly understand it, live it out with honesty, and let it change us to have kinder hearts.
