Overview
It’s easy at Christmas not to actually think about what it means. All you have to do is let the nostalgia hit.
At a Christmas service, you can read a text that describes the Christmas events: shepherds, angels, wise men, and the manger. But when the Bible talks about the birth of Christ, the Son of God born as a human in the manger, what does that mean?
There are four things that 1 John tells us Christmas means: 1) salvation is by grace, 2) you can have fellowship with God, 3) love really matters, and 4) joy.
