Overview
This is Pentecost Sunday, so an opportunity to talk about the central role of the Holy Spirit in the Christian life. His divine power has granted to us ALL things that pertain to life and godliness.(v3). Chance to talk about spirit filled living vs. moralism. Peter experienced Pentecost personally, going from an impulsive and insecure person, to the leader of the church and a courageous ambassador the change of which is traced to Pentecost.
