What Actually Happened on the Cross

By John Stott, Kathy Keller

With Easter just around the corner, I wanted to share with you the photographs of two pages from Tim’s copy of John Stott’s book, The Cross of Christ. If you look at the photo of the outside of the book, you can see how Tim had read and re-read it into tatters. Now I am reading it, and since Tim had a conversation with most of the books he read, his underlining and margin notes show me what he valued the most. That’s why I included photographs of these pages, so you could see the underlining and marking that Tim did. Nothing is more important than a solid understanding of what happened on the cross.
