Grow in intimacy with God through the Psalms

Due to our office being closed for the holidays, books for all donations made after December 17th will be shipped in January.

The Psalms are different than other parts of the Bible in several ways, and they can profoundly shape the way you approach God. You don’t simply read the Psalms, because they’re written to be prayed, recited and sung. 

Tim Keller recorded his insights and inspirations from the Psalms through years of reading and studying them. And Kathy also began to read them regularly when she went through a difficult and extended illness. Together, from their experiences reading and meditating on the Psalms, they wrote their first devotional book: The Songs of Jesus. They wanted to distill the meaning of each verse in order to open up and share the vast wisdom the Psalms provide.

The Songs of Jesus will help you use the rich treasures of the Psalms as a doorway to approaching God each day. This 365-day devotional book, which journeys through every Psalm, provides a short meditation and prompts for personal prayer each day of the year.
