Overview
From the earliest hours of Redeemer Presbyterian, we talked about being a church not just for ourselves but also for our friends in the city who don’t go to church and who find Christianity implausible.
How and why we do that can best be understood by looking at the story of the woman at the well. Jesus met her and revealed himself to her as the messiah. And in the second half of the story, we see how she responded: with testimony. Many of the Samaritans from her town believed in Jesus because of her testimony.
So let’s ask 1) what did she testify to? 2) how did she testify to it? and then 3) how was she able to testify the way she did?
