This part of the Bible shows us how great God’s love and care are for those who are in pain. It reminds us of Jesus’ crucifixion and how deeply he suffered, feeling separated from God. It also brings up the idea of sacrifice, like a hero risking their own life to save others. It talks about the power of Jesus’ cry on the cross and how it can change us and help us when we’re hurting. The story ends by reminding us of how important it is to understand how holy and loving God is and how Jesus’ cry on the cross provides us with strength during hard times.
