The idea of salvation, which we encounter deeply in Ephesians 1 and 2, may seem complicated. It’s like God already picking out those who would believe in Him, welcoming them into His family through Jesus, and making them pure by Jesus’ sacrifice. This idea teaches us to think big and to value fairness, truth, goodness, and purity. It tells us to see life through God’s eyes and to rely on His kindness. Being a Christian is all about believing in Jesus, not about what we’ve accomplished. And salvation isn’t something we earn, but a gift given through His love and forgiveness.
