Tim Keller | September 27, 2015
It’s very typical to hear people in our Western culture say something like, “There are many good things in the Bible, absolutely. But there are also things in the Bible that are really outdated. There are things in the Bible we can’t accept anymore, because we have new insights.” How do we respond to that? Well, the place to go in the Bible to is the book of Hebrews.
As we look at what Hebrews is saying, we’re going to learn three things about the finality of truth in the Bible: 1) Jesus brings God’s final word, 2) this creates a living, dynamic relationship with God, and 3) this is because of the unsurpassable beauty of who he is and what he has done.
