Mark 5:24–43

In these stories about a woman who had been sick for twelve years and a young girl near death, we learn about waiting and God’s timing. We see that God’s kindness doesn’t always match what we expect, and this can make us feel upset or confused. But, we are reassured that God does keep His promises, even if it doesn’t happen exactly when we want it to. We are encouraged to keep believing and trusting in God, even when things are delayed or we don’t have all the answers.
