All cultures, through all centuries, have to one degree or another, been hostile to Christianity.
The night before Jesus was to be killed, he met with his disciples and trained them to be sent out into the world. And in John 15, Jesus goes into more detail about why the world is hostile to him and his disciples.
So let’s take a look at 1) what it is that makes the world hostile to Jesus, and 2) who the two witnesses are.
