Tim Keller | May 23, 1999
In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus teaches us about being careful of false prophets and the need to live lives that produce good results, just like a good tree produces good fruit. He also stresses the importance of following God’s wishes. He compares this to building a house on a solid foundation that can withstand any storm. Jesus also talks about two ways of living life: one that follows his teachings and one that doesn’t. He underscores how hard it can be to tell the difference between the two, but encourages us to choose the right one.
